Buyer Assurance Program

This program is given to a customer with any installation of new equipment (air conditioners, furnaces, water heaters, boilers, and mini splits), they receive the buyer assurance program. This program guarantees 2 years of no out-of-pocket costs (excluding air filters). We'll service their heating/cooling equipment annually for free. This program also includes no service fee related to manufacturers warranty parts.

Annual Maintenance Plan


This plan is an annual service/cleaning plan for heating/cooling systems and offers no after hours fee, discount on parts, and priority service and scheduling. The annual fees come in three parts:

▲$169 for one of these: a heating system, water heating system, or air conditioning.
▲ $199 for two: a heating system, water heating system, and/or air conditioning.
▲ $249 for all three: heating system, water heating system, and air conditioning.
