Annual Maintenance Plan
This plan is an annual service/cleaning plan for heating/cooling systems and offers no after-hours fee, discount on parts, and priority service and scheduling. The annual fees come in three parts:
▲$169 for one of these: a heating system, water heating system, or air conditioning.
▲ $199 for two: a heating system, a water heating system, and/or air conditioning.
▲ $249 for all three: heating system, water heating system, and air conditioning.
Would also like to include a note that these plans are a great way to prove documentation of annual maintenance to home warranty companies.
Buyers Assurance Program
This plan comes with any installation of new equipment (air conditioners, furnaces, water heaters, boilers, and mini splits). With this program, you’re guaranteed 2 years of no out-of-pocket costs (excluding air filters) and we’ll service your heating/cooling equipment annually for free! This program also includes no service fee related to manufacturers’ warranty parts.
